The Hickory opened its doors in November 2012, when our family decided to do something that would bring us all together. Our goal was to provide jobs for our family, and as many others as we could while serving good, home-cooked food.

Along with our family, The Hickory employs a good number of college students at any given time. Since we opened, we’ve been overwhelmed with support of the Rexburg community and the surrounding areas. We want to thank you for everything you do for us and your patience with us as we continue to grow.
